Andrew is a seasoned leader in the technology industry, with 15 years of experience in sales consulting, and leading digital transformation initiatives. His customers include EU and U.S. government agencies, many of the fastest growing companies of the past decade, such as Airbnb, Uber, Stripe, and Peloton.


Andrew currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales Consulting at Trintech where he leads the global presales organization with teams in North America, Europe, and Australia. Before Trintech, Andrew founded the sales consulting practice at Celonis for regulated industries and mid-market, focused on operational efficiency and supply chain optimization. His strategic approach to building and scaling sales operations & teams resulted in significant revenue increase.


Andrew also held a key role at Zendesk during its rapid growth stage, leading sales consulting teams and global value consulting, consistently exceeding sales targets. During his four-year tenure at Zendesk, Andrew was awarded for leading the top revenue-generating teams globally for two years. Earlier in his career, Andrew held technical roles at Oracle Corporation and Exigo Office Inc., honing his skills in product development and sales consulting. He has also lent his expertise to new tech startups as an advisor on sales and sales operations.


Andrew also served in the U.S. Army as an instructor and infantry leader performing NATO peacekeeping duties in the Balkans and stability operations in the Middle East.


Andrew holds an Executive MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is also fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
