David (Dave) J. Dacquino serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (Retired) of Serco Inc., a $1.5 billion leading provider of professional, technology, and management services to the U.S. federal government, the government of Canada, state and local governments, and commercial enterprises. Mr. Dacquino oversaw approximately 8,000 employees and has more than 30 years of experience in the defense, aeronautics and technical services industries.

In his previous role at Serco, Mr. Dacquino served as Senior Vice President of the Defense Services business unit and oversaw the Company’s work in the areas of ship and shore/base modernization, hardware integration, acquisition and program management, logistics support, and personnel readiness.
Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Dacquino was the CEO and President of SkyLink, a leading aviation airlift and logistics service provider with international operations in over 60 countries. Before SkyLink, Mr. Dacquino was the Chief Executive Officer of VT Group, a technology integrator with a strong focus on C4ISR, transportation, logistics and unmanned aircraft operations. He also previously served as Vice President of Raytheon’s Technical Services Company’ Integrated Support Solutions Division, as well as an executive within Raytheon’s Missiles Systems Company.

Mr. Dacquino also had a 20-year career at Lockheed Martin, where he ultimately held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Logistic Services and oversaw more than 3,500 personnel at 75 locations worldwide. He has worked in the original Skunk Works in Burbank, California and in their Ontario, California office supporting the U.S. Special Operation Mission aircraft. Prior to that he was at Lockheed Martin Sanders, (now BAE Systems), and at Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautic Services.
